Today has been a great day! I woke up at 5 this morning and drove for an hour to attend a networking breakfast for businesses around the Newcastle/Central Coast region. Richie Williams from P.R.I.D.E Coaching Networks was the major sponsor for the event and he got me up to do a shprt talk on our mission to row the Indian. Just to test the waters, Ryan and I did one hour on, one hour off for six hours the other day on the Concept 2, covering just over 80 km. Not a bad average with a 2:10 split time. Despite all efforts, the old backsides were a bit sore after, which just shows how important it is that our seats will be as comfortable as possible on the Indian.
